OMC Behavioral Healthcare offers efficient and effective mental health services to children and adults including individual, couples and family counseling. In addition, BHC provides psychological testing and evaluation, case management and medication services to help reduce the severity and duration of mental health disorders. Our team of psychiatrist, psychologists, social workers, nurse practitioner, nurses and counselors provide convenient, comprehensive care to keep our community mentally healthy.

ACCESSING SERVICES & OPEN ACCESS

 
   

To access services for the first time or for more information regarding Ozarks Medical Center Behavioral Healthcare, please call our West Plains or Mountain Grove clinic. With offices in West Plains and Mountain Grove, clients can receive services in the location that best meets their needs.

Open Access is a walk-in program designed for anyone who has not used our services before or those who have not been working with us in the past year. We serve those who are six years of age and older. All you need to access walk-in services at either of our locations is an ID and insurance information.
A therapist will see you that day and interview you for history and current symptoms. When you are done, you will receive appointments for needed services such as medication therapy.

Doctors and Advanced Nurse Practitioners provide specialized medication services to ease the symptoms associated with mental illness.

A licensed psychologist provides testing services for intelligence, personality, pre-surgery screening, and more.

 
   
LICENSED THERAPY & COUNSELING  
   

Licensed social workers and counselors provide individual, family, and group counseling. They will help guide you to personal or team solutions for mental health issues.

 
   
CASE MANAGEMENT  
   

Caseworkers meet with you in your home or at our offices to link you to local resources, provide information about medication and diagnosis, and help you reach any other goals you would like to set.

 
   
ADULT DAY PROGRAM  
   

Our day program has groups for social skills, communication skills, anger management, coping skills, and other mental health issues. Participants attend one to four days a week.

 
   
CHILD AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM  
   

Groups meet weekly after school to provide additional support and education for children with mental health conditions.

 
   
CRISIS INTERVENTION TEAM
