H.O.M.E. is dedicated to providing high quality health services to the Central Ozarks Region.

H.O.M.E. is a Joint Commission Accredited provider offering a wide range of medical equipment and supplies. H.O.M.E. specializes in oxygen therapy and clinical respiratory services and offers an on-site equipment repair service. The staff of H.O.M.E. is committed to patient loyalty. Since the company began in 1984, H.O.M.E. has been striving to meet the medical needs of the community and surrounding area in the most professional way possible.

Our Products
 

H.O.M.E. maintains an extensive inventory of medical supplies, oxygen and respiratory equipment and medical equipment on hand for immediate delivery.

This includes concentrators, portable oxygen systems, liquid oxygen systems, nebulizers, hospital beds, manual and electric wheelchairs, suction units, aids to daily living items, c-pap and bi-pap.
All of H.O.M.E.’s medical equipment rentals are meticulously cleaned, disinfected and thoroughly inspected in our state-of-the-art facility before delivery to the patient.

 

Our Service
   
•  H.O.M.E. offers 24-hour-per-day emergency service, free delivery and setup of equipment.
At H.O.M.E., customer service is always the staff's first priority.
H.O.M.E. is open six days a week.
Customer service representatives make follow-up calls with customers after placement to ensure satisfaction.
H.O.M.E. covers a 12-county area on scheduled routes, but can be anywhere in the area on a daily basis.

H.O.M.E. has provided oxygen therapy and clinical respiratory services since its inception and has full-time certified respiratory therapists on staff. The majority of oxygen patients are seen on a scheduled route and therapists evaluate the patient and provide documentation of condition to the patient’s physician. Therapists also evaluate the equipment while in the home to confirm that it is compliance with the physician’s orders, manufacturer’s standards and H.O.M.E.’s high standard of quality output.
H.O.M.E. has an onsite repair service and equipment is serviced by H.O.M.E.’s own certified technicians. Should you have privately-owned equipment, H.O.M.E. carries a wide range of replacement parts and is able to repair most all medical equipment.
To ensure your safety, all deliveries are pre-arranged with a phone call from one of H.O.M.E.’s customer service staff and all deliveries arrive in one of the company’s vans, which are easily recognized with the H.O.M.E. logo. All of H.O.M.E.’s drivers introduce themselves upon arriving at your home and can be easily identified by their identification badge and white shirts with the H.O.M.E. logo.

•  H.O.M.E. has a team of licensed, certified respiratory therapists to supervise the set-up of all respiratory equipment as prescribed by the physician and maintain an appropriate plan of care and follow-up
Customer service representatives are trained to assist in filling your doctor's order for equipment or supplies and can provide competent guidance in reimbursement coverage
Driver technicians are certified by the National Association of Medical Equipment Suppliers. Their responsibilities include delivery, setup and instruction in the use of all medical equipment. Whether you require oxygen refills, a hospital bed or any other piece of equipment, the H.O.M.E. staff’s attitude, knowledge and professionalism will help make the experience as pleasant as possible. All of our driver technicians are eager and ready to serve you.
H.O.M.E.’s highly trained medical equipment technician services the equipment, documenting compliance with all regulatory requirements, and performs quality service that meets or exceeds all industry standards.
H.O.M.E.’s Equipment technician has specific training on medical equipment repairs and undergoes regular continuing education. The technician’s knowledge and professionalism ensures equipment is in top shape before each delivery.

Customer Service
  Customer service representatives meet each morning in order to bring a team effort to meeting patients' needs in the most professional way possible. This attention to detail, along with a whole array of additional services, is provided at no additional charge with the rental of equipment.
Billing
  The billing department is responsible for processing all billing claims to Medicare, Medicaid and any third party insurances. Proper procedures must be followed in order for insurances to receive a “clean” claim. Verifying that all questions and criteria are available from the physician is vital to ensure required documentation is on file. All of H.O.M.E’s staff regularly attends education seminars to keep abreast of the many health care changes, reimbursements, regulations and guidelines.
