A new walk-in urgent care clinic at the Mountain Grove Medical Complex
is now open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week for the treatment of minor
urgent illnesses and injuries such as cuts, sprains, burns, allergies,
eye injuries, earaches and colds.
The clinic, which is an affiliate of Ozarks Medical Center, is located
at 500 East 19
th Street, just south of Highway 60 in Mountain Grove and has been open in
this location since September 2013.
“Injuries and illnesses don’t just strike Monday through Friday,”
said Aimee Jarrett, Clinic Director. “We are thrilled to offer these
extended hours and seven-day-a-week care to our community so that people
can receive the care they need when they need it. These new hours will
allow individuals to access care on the weekend without traveling or even
making a trip to the emergency department for something that could be
treated in the clinic.”
Providing primary care services at the location are Michael Ball, DO, and
Family Nurse Practitioners Paul Burris and Connie Armstrong. In addition
to the walk-in clinic, the providers also take appointments and provide
primary care to patients of all ages with chronic and acute medical problems.
Other clinic services include women’s health, lab services, physical
therapy, speech language pathology, occupational therapy, and individual,
couple and family counseling, and oncology/hematology services.
