OMC to Conduct Community Brand Assessment Survey

Ozarks Medical Center to Conduct Community Brand Assessment Survey

Ozarks Medical Center is working to update its bi-annual OMC Community Brand Assessment in 2015. The purpose of this project is to conduct an in depth market assessment of health care preferences of residents living in southern Missouri and northern Arkansas. OMC uses information from the surveys to make improvements in services.

Starting the week of September 21st, surveys will be mailed to 2500 randomly selected southern Missouri and northern Arkansas residents with a deadline of Friday, October 16th. To increase participation, a household respondent drawing will be held to give away the following incentives: a Samsung 55" Smart TV, Keurig Coffee System, Samsung Galaxy Tablet and three $25 gift cards to Walmart, Casey’s and Ruby Tuesday. The drawing will be held on Monday, October 19th, with winners listed on the Ozarks Medical Center Facebook page that day. All survey responses are anonymous and completion of the survey takes less than 10 minutes. VVV Research & Development, LLC, an independent marketing research consulting firm from the Kansas City area, has been retained to conduct this research.
