“I am very excited to be able to work in my hometown again. Having
started my medical career at Ozarks Medical Center in 1995, it is wonderful
to be able to provide in-depth women’s health care to the community
that is very important to me. Women often sacrifice their own care for
others in their family, and at times are unsure where to turn for help.
I am here to provide that help.”
Rhoads holds a Master of Science in Nursing with a Specialty in Women’s
Health (WHNP) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. She also has
a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-Columbia,
and completed her Associate of Science in Nursing from Missouri State
“Sometimes it is difficult to get into specialty practice physicians.
Having a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner on staff will alleviate
some of the appointment wait times. As a WHNP, I provide care to women
across the life cycle with an emphasis on conditions unique to women.”

majority of her work experience was at OMC as a registered nurse in the
gynecology, labor and delivery, and newborn care department.
