OMC Foundation Ozarks Cancer Crusade is October 20
Please join us in recreating the glamour of a bygone era, by marking your
calendar for the Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) Foundation Cancer Crusade
gala event. This event will be held on Saturday, October 20, 6 p.m., in
the West Plains Civic Center Expo Hall, 110 St. Louis Street.
A Gatsby 20’s theme is planned. All proceeds from the event will
go to the OMC Cancer Treatment Center Patient Assistance Fund, benefiting
local cancer patients. Twenties costume dress is optional.
Committee Chair Eric Gibson will preside over the event, which will include
a patient testimonial from Scott Cressman. The main stage will feature
entertainment by the Renee Wood Trio, playing the best in jazz and swing music.
All-inclusive tickets include an elegant dinner from Colton’s. Tickets
are $25 and may be purchased at the OMC Foundation at No. 12 Parkway Center,
or at the door on October 20.
The gala event planning committee consists of Margie Achman, Danielle Cozort,
Kathy Delgado, Richard Delgado, Wanda Frazier, Eric Gibson (Committee
Chair), Susie Kenslow, Jason Rieck, Andrea Russell, Carol Silvey, and
Amy Jo Wright.
Table sponsorships are available in several levels. A portion of the sponsorship
donations and single ticket purchases will be considered tax deductible.
Sponsorships available include Platinum ($1,500.00 +), Gold ($1,000.00
- $1,499.00), Silver ($500.00 - $599.00), and Bronze ($250.00 - $499.00)
and Crusade ($100.00 - $249.00).
Ozarks Medical Center is a system of care encompassing a 114-bed acute
care hospital, eight family medicine clinics and 15 specialty clinics,
along with complete rehabilitation and home care services. OMC is a not-for-profit
medical referral center with over 1,300 employees, serving an eight-county
area in south central Missouri and north central Arkansas.
