OMC Winona Family Medicine Welcomes Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) DJ Gross
WEST PLAINS, Mo - Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) recently added Nurse Practitioner
DJ Gross to its Family Medicine practice in Winona. Her office is at 9104
State Highway 19. Gross is a board certified family nurse practitioner.
Gross holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Maryville University in
St. Louis. She also has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University
of Texas at Arlington; and completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from
Three Rivers Community College in Poplar Bluff.
“I’m excited to be practicing in Winona where I have longstanding
ties to the community and everybody here is like family to me,”
said Gross. “It’s a privilege to continue my career with OMC
whose family medicine clinics are dedicated to improving the quality of
life for all the people in our region, through accessible healthcare.”
Previously Gross worked at OMC Internal Medicine Clinic in West Plains.
She also has worked as a Nurse Practitioner at Good Samaritan Clinic in
Mountain View, and a Staff Nurse in high risk OB and women’s health
at Women and Children’s Mercy in St. Louis. Early in her nursing
career, Gross worked at OMC when it was known as West Plains Memorial
Hospital, in OB and surgery.
In her spare time, Ms. Gross enjoys reading, music and travel. She is currently
looking forward to a medical mission trip to Haiti, where she will be
traveling with some of her fellow OMC providers.
