Gleghorn Family Creates New Hospice Assistance Fund

WEST PLAINS, Mo – The Gleghorn Family has very generously and compassionately created a new assistance fund for those in need of hospice care, the Ozarks Medical Center Foundation’s (OMC) Hospice Emergency Care Fund.

Last year they personally experienced the difference that hospice care can make. “The people from OMC Hospice were amazing,” said Kevin Gleghorn. “From nurses to support staff, they provided compassionate exceptional care not only to our father, but the entire family.” This is yet another example of neighbor helping neighbor in their time of need.

The Ozarks Medical Center Foundation, established in 1998 as a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) with a local board of directors, serves as a liaison between the donor and OMC to assist the hospital in providing excellent healthcare to the communities it serves. For more information, to make a gift, or to inquire about establishing a new fund at the OMC Foundation, please call 417-853-5200.
