As a Rheumatologist, Dr. Tay specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal diseases and systemic autoimmune conditions commonly referred to as rheumatic diseases. These diseases can affect the joints, muscles, and bones causing pain, swelling stiffness, and deformity.

Dr. Tay received his medical degree from Medical College of Wisconsin. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Louis University. He completed a fellowship in rheumatology at University of Southern California. Dr. Tay is board certified in both internal medicine and rheumatology.
