New Hire Orientation
Call Human Resources at 417-257-6730 to schedule a new OMC PARTNER for new hire orientation. The schedule will include: Insurance enrollment, name tag preparation, TB testing, drug screening, information on harassment in the workplace and NetLearning Computer Orientation.

NetLearning Reorientation
OMC Partners are required to complete an annual computer NetLearning Reorientation prior to his or her anniversary hire date. To access NetLearning, click below.

Employee Loyalty
