Greg and Courtney Beykirch of West Plains have made a significant gift to the Ozarks Medical Center Foundation to support “Nurturing Hope: A Community Cancer Project.” The project includes the expansion of the center’s chemotherapy suite, the construction of a healing garden and the purchase of new equipment. OMC has already invested $755,000 new technology, which will allow the center to treat lung cancer with the very latest treatment options. The Foundation has embarked on a community campaign to raise an additional $1.2 million to complete an expansion of the Cancer Treatment Center. “For more than 25 years, the community has trusted OMC to provide exceptional cancer care. The community now has the opportunity to give back in supporting this expansion,” said Ward Franz, OMC Foundation Executive Director. Pictured, from left: Greg and Courtney Beykirch and Franz.
