Lindsey Thompson Earns the Fellow Status and Credential
The Association of Staff Physician Recruiters (ASPR), an association of
in-house physician recruitment professionals, has announced that Lindsey
Thompson, Physician Recruiter for Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) has earned
the FASPR credential. The ASPR Fellowship Certification consists of three
modules with corresponding exams leading to the certification as a Fellow
of the Association of Staff Physician Recruiters. ASPR’s Fellowship
program is the most comprehensive, authoritative resource for individuals
seeking to develop and test their skills and knowledge within a broad
spectrum of topics including physician/provider recruitment, onboarding
and retention, human resources, and relevant legal issues.
Lindsey has been employed at OMC since 2004 and has been essential in the
successful recruitment of many talented medical staff members. She is
currently earning her Master of Science in Marketing with a concentration
in Social Media Marketing and has recently been inducted as a member of
the National Society of Leadership and Success, the nation’s largest
leadership honor society.
