Nurse Practitioner Jana Brill Joins OMC Behavioral Healthcare
Jana Brill, RN, PMHNP-BC, recently joined Ozarks Medical Center (OMC) Behavioral
Healthcare (BHC). Behavioral Healthcare provides medication management,
psychotherapy (counseling), Healthcare Home, case management, crisis services,
and day treatment to the OMC BHC service area, which includes the counties
of Howell, Ozark, Texas, Shannon, Douglas, Wright, and Oregon. Behavioral
health services are delivered in West Plains, Mountain Grove, Thayer,
Mountain View, and Winona.
Brill earned her certification as an Advanced Practice Psychiatric Mental
Health Nurse Practitioner at Saint Louis University in 2017. She earned
her Bachelors of Science in Nursing in 2008 from Cox College of Nursing
and her Associates of Science in Nursing from Cox College of Nursing in 2004.
Brill was previously a nurse manager at OMC Adult Neuro-Psych Unit, where
she worked nine years, starting as a certified nursing assistant, and
later as a staff RN, charge nurse, and nurse preceptor. In addition to
working for OMC, Brill also has worked for the Geriatric Psych Unit as
a charge and staff nurse at Baxter County Regional Hospital in Mountain
Brill is from West Plains and has two daughters, Morgan and Cameron. She
enjoys spending time with fiancé R.D. Reid and being involved in
her family’s activities.
