Brief speeches were given by OMC Board of Directors Chairman Bill Wood and OMC Medical Group Vice President Pam Ream.

OMC President and CEO Tom Keller summed up the hospital’s “incredible growth,” particularly in the past few years, adding $2.8 million in community funds has been raised by the OMC Foundation for the expansion. “Our goal when planning this project was not just to provide a more convenient facility, said Keller, “but to continually elevate the quality and breadth of care, redefining what a rural healthcare system can be.”
